I know this is a great debate about weather or not to do a Super 30 kit or to do a D44 swap. For those who don't now I went ahead and did a Super 30 kit. Side by side I'm very impressed in the size difference between the 27 spline and 30 spline.

I feel that this is a good investment and will make me feel more secure when I upgrade to my 36/37" tires when my current 33's ware down.

Yeah, but tell them the part about the 27 spline outer, and Alloy USA's kit.

Someone want to chime in with Warn's hub kit? Will it fit the "Super 30"?

Like Geoff was saying, if you don't feel safe with the 27 spline outers you can order the set of 30 spline outers and 30 spline unit bearings from Alloy usa.

From what I can find, if you use the super 30 carrier and inner shafts and the warn 5 on 5.5 Conversion you will get the 30 spline outer. How ever from the pic's I looked at the super 30 outers will not work.
