How are Champion Power Equipment winches? I had originally saw the 2000# ATV winches, but now I've found a 10,000# winch on a multi-mount. I searched the forum and saw that 28this put a 7,500# one on his Jeep. Anybody know how it worked long term? He install thread said that it was just slower than Warns, etc....
$370 for one complete with a multi-mount kit doesn't sound too bad. Here's a link to the specs

that being said, a winch that works that one time may be worth a million bucks.
I dunno who makes them... but I know the "milemarker's" solenoids say "T-Max" on them!
A lot of the "cheaper" winches are very capable. My Milemarker worked great for 4 years before I overheated it and fried some wiring insulation that lead to a ground. Pulled hard all day - but was slower than the Warn. A $120 dollar rebuild locally has it as good as new.
I have the 7500 lb one on my YJ and it works great, I have had it totally submerged in water before and it held up fine,mine is about 2 y/o and still kicking, I have extracted myseld many times with it ind used it to straighen a tie rod or two. The multi mount was not to multi though I had to drill out holes to make it fit my rig
The multi-mount on the 10,000K model has a tray with carrying handles and a standard 2" hitch to attach to the receiver of your vehicle.
I've only knew one person that ran one. He lives in WV and says he hasn't had issue one out of it. He also said he hasn't "really" tested it though.
I bet you could get a Braden for that price. And no chance of it overheating!
