The Zuk...

So we started to work on zuk today...

LNS trailered it over to his place where he helped us take a look at it. At first it wanted to turn over. Then the boys messed with the distributor and all that jazz and for some reason nothing. It wouldn't make a noise. Ok so maybe the battery is dead. We charged it and the trail lights worked but not the head lights. Stumped... We let it charge for awhile and still nothing. LNS moved a bad wire job off the battery and then the head lights and the trail lights went on... So one problem fixed. Then we thought maybe a fuse, checked those, replaced one and guess what, the horn works now.

So all in all they fixed the head lights and the horn. They can update with more detailed info. Still not running, it might be the started but i am stumped and just don't know.

I tried to fix an issue we were having with the locks but my hands aren't small enough it get inside of the door even after ripping the door pannel off. I did take some rather annoying stickers off of it though. so stickers, horn and lights, not bad for one day i guess...

i want to say the starter... lns said it was clicking, he said he beat on it... take a wrench or some wire (with the vehicle in nuetral of course) and on the starter touch the cable from the battery to the wire from the ignition... if it turns viola it isnt the starter... if it doesnt, bam its the starter...

If it's clicking but not turning either the battery is dead or the starter solenoid is dead. No need to replace the whole starter if it's just the solenoid.

Can probably get a starter from someone for next to nothing...I am pretty positive it's the starter.
