2011 Arctic Offroad meeting minutes
July 10, Ester Park
Current BOD:
President: Mel Whitlock
Vice-President: Sane Davis
Treasurer: Mark Heroldson
Secretary: Linda Hertzberg
Club Equipment Manager: Wayne Letourneau
Club Advocate & PR Rep: Mike and Kevin Knight
Members in attendance:
Linda-MudBuggy and family
Mel- Akram and family
Shane- Zukman and family
Andrew- Lil’ Pete
Opening minutes:
The President opened the conversation with the introduction of Dezi Yoder from AOAA.
AOAA: Dezi is the chair of AOAA for the interior. AOAA would like to have a strong showing in the interior to protect the right to motorized and non-motorized access to public lands and waters in Alaska. It is important that all user groups are represented in AOAA not just OHVs. At this time Dezi is trying to schedule monthly meeting to discuss issues in our local area.
We ended the meeting with a BBQ and RC fun.
