We headed up Fbks creek trail and plowed some snow it was pretty cool. the real fun though was at the waterfall area 8) Eric in his Green Lantern was leading the way and headed up into the waterfall and after small adjustments and efforts made it thru no problem. I followed thru in my XJ with the same story. Mousee came thru and tried a diffrent line and was driving on the wall, it put him almost on his side 8O so he ended up straddling the trail and made it through no problem. We then all went on to follow the trail further which was cool but uneventful until our trip back out when we again stopped at the waterfall to see what we could do. This time things had changed. There was water running down and out now as we had broke things up a bit since we had been thru the first time. I cant recall if but I think TJ went first this time as our lineup had reversed for the most part and although he gave it a valiant effort he came down with out making it thru, also with two tires off there bead and some body damage. Then Eric tried to get back thru and he tried, and tried , and tried. NO GO, the side that was needed to straddle was not allowing ANY vehicles to cling to it, just pure icy condition. After that I told Mousee that I didnt think anyone was going to be getting back thru there again, to which he took as a challenge  SO off he went to conquer the icy water fall. He attempted the same line a few times then saw a work around where he could get into (not easily) to come at it from a diffrent angle. It took some doing but he got thru it alright but ended up on his side in doing so :-o So I thought well we are already here might as well try it what can it hurt. Well I found out pretty quikly what it could hurt. After making a few attempts and starting to make some progress I found the limit to my Dana Turdy Five rear axle  The following pictures show a before and after of a 35 axleshaft.

Thanks again to Mousee for pulling me and my sledding tire back to the trailhead, Eric for holding my tire in with his Jeep as we got it on the trailer, TJ for getting his truck to pull the trailer and the Prime rib and Beers, and again Mousee for helping me get my Axle replaced. This is what makes this club so great and why I am proud to be a member of it, everyone has got your back and together we can go wheel with no worries :yes1:

That's good stuff man, this has always been a foundation of AO since we Started and Samuri Mike's winch never seemed to cool down. 8-)
