how do you adjust a toy hydraulic clutch ?

Hi guys i put in a new clutch in the 85 a couple months ago and lately it seems the clutch only grabs at the top lately .. how do I adjust a hydraulic clutch ?

it only has a fork with a small non adjustable pushrod that comes out (like a brake cylinder on drums .. im not loosing any fluid so im at a loss ?

There is no adjustment on a hydraulic clutch. Air in the fluid? Bushings on the peddal getting worn out?

I can adjust the length of the rod on mine...It doesn't adjust where it catches, but it adjusts where the pedal sits.
