Can I mount a Dana 300 to my AW4 auto tranny in my XJ ? Is there a stock configuration that would allow this? need to find the solution to making my XJ go Full Widths 8)

I know you can mount it to the auto offered in TJs, whatever that is.
The d300 I swapped in to my TJ was 23-spline input. I think 6 holes in a circular pattern.
I believe Scout d300s used a Texas-shaped bolt pattern to mount to a tranny.
There's also 2 diffrent types of output shaft housings. I lucked out and found the long-output version, and it holds my speedo gear quite nicely.

yeah. the circular bolt pattern will work with it. should bolt right up. worst case scenario is you may need to redrill the tranny a little...

I still have the adaptor ring that I bought (like Sevenslats) but didn't need it for my NV3550 tranny. I will sell it to you super cheap!!!
