anyone got a scanner for a YJ I got a check engine light on and my engine is running rough its probably a oxygen sensor because I just changed the plugs, wires, and distributor cap and rotor last year.

If It's like a tj you flip the key on and off 3 times and it will flash the code at you on the dash.

I tried thaat that is how I found out I needed a OBDI scanner, the had one for sale bt not one to use for free :angry:

bright side: OBDI should be cheaper than OBDII.

Another bright side, If you repair the problem the light will shut off, Unlike OBDII.
The running ruff dose not nesseserly reprasent the reason for the light.
What year is this Jeep? You gonna be free and out and about Saturday??
If so gimme a call 347-7438 (Anthony) I will give you some ideas and pull the code 4 you. As long as the Jeep is not 90days or less from expiring on the Regastration.
