PCV question

For 2 days in a row i've had my oil dipstick push out and blow oil everywhere,Gene's told me it's due to the PCV Valve freezing up from the condinsation and building up the pressure to blow it out,has any one else had this problem?

I honestly have never heard of it before.

If it's a Chrysler, and the valve is located in the oil filler, it's going to freeze up!

They are working on getting an EPA exemption for changing the PCV location to the back of the cylinder head.

Thats kinda what they told me,what can i do to keep it from happening for the time being and allright your a better mechanic than me. ;D
