I don't know how in-depth he is, but he seems pretty capable...get ahold of Advent on this board, he has an FJ40 and knows a hell of alot of stuff about FJ's.

Like I said in my PM, I've never torn into a transfer case. One of very few places I still haven't needed to do so...

But from what I understand it's really easy to do the rebuilds on the later cases.

Did your set of gears come with install directions?
