Feb meeting

We can have Feb meeting at my shop, If we can behave and stop pushing and quiting the club, if we are still a club.
On second thought maybe no more Club meetings:mad:. If the BOD can set up a date without anyone else quiting.:angry:

Sounds good to me, Kasi will be up here and I'll bring her with me and add on Kid to the mix, Hope to have her jeep up and ready in the next couple months, even though its perfect for her right now (rolled and not a straight panel on it!!)

We settled on captian and coke, ... or was it jager bombs? :)

Letter from Kevin: Since Kevin was out helping someone trailer their vehicle from down south at last notice, he had to send his notes in his stead. For a copy of his letter, please see me. For brevity's sake, it contained personal remarks and his Intro to being PR Rep.

Member Vote-ins: None
~Joe's Membership status was discussed. His revote was already taken. When the vote was read to him, he was told he was a member, and it went accepted with no complaints. Joe is a member.

Non-Profit status: Discussed changeover of Board members and fees involved (Ron and Nate have left). Received Inc. Paperwork.

Upcoming rides and events: CA discussed a canned food drive.

Calender Committee: Calender committee will be Chris Zajac for this year.

Memorial Day Event Committee update: Due to the internal turmoil, and unpreparedness for this upcoming year, the event has been canceled. This issue and all issues concerning the MDE have been discussed thoroughly and will be dropped.

New Business:
-Upcoming trail ride and camp out for memorial day at Tangles Lake discussed.

Old Business:
-Drinking during official meeting times will not happen.
-Cory will not be removed from the club.
