You may notice you have a few more now. It's something we're working on from the conversion to vBulletin.
Keep in mind, the limits set at the February meetinig will be put into effect 1 March.
Forum Members: 25 pm limit
Club Members: 50 pm limit
Club Officers: 100 pm limit


Also, don't reply to the email notification that you have received a PM. That reply will not go to the sender of the PM, rather the sender of the notification. That's the webmaster.

People are going to have to always delete their inbox! On the aknetwork board my limit is 500pms and I find that one fills up fast. :eek:

FYI, this newfandangled vBulletin has a handy feature to download your PMs in popular email formats.

There's currently 18 forum users with over 100 PMs. emails will be sent soon reminding people that this policy will be put in effect 1 March 2006. Please get your messages cleaned up.

It counts your sent PM's too, that's probely why most people are getting such a high number.

eMails sent. If you didn't get one, you're good to go as far as the admin is concerned. Hopefully we can get the limits automatic, so we don't have to send dirty emails every month. Thanks

Don't be afraid to use the chat. It can work in place of Private Messages in many circumstances.
It's simple to create a new room to suit your needs, even create a passowrd if needed.

:bad: No wonder I hadn't heard from anyone...I have 63 PM's so it won't let me receive anymore...dang...guess it's time to clean out...but more than 25 are deals in the works...so I guess it'll be awhile before I can receive more...:spank:

Still it's a terrific forum, keep up the good work...it's a valuable resource for parts, rigs & info
